The Ferchesar marina offers more than just a boat berth. Our small harbor with 40 boat places is located directly in the natural paradise of the Havelland on the Hohennauener-Ferchesarer See. Firmly anchored and yet on the lake - a small floating living area directly on the shore of the Hohennauener-Ferchesarer See surrounded by forests in a comfortable homely atmosphere.

Floating holiday homes (“houseboats”)

Modern design • Ecological construction • Comfortable equipment

The houseboats were made with the renewable raw material wood in a timber frame construction. This construction offers an efficient guarantee of well-being through summer heat protection, low heating costs and a healthy and balanced room climate. The modern design of the facade in wood look combined with glass is in harmony with the forest and water-rich surroundings. Terrace parapets on the ground floor and upper floor made of clear glass, large window fronts give the feeling of living close to nature.

We have orientated ourselves to a sophisticated and comfortable equipment with coziness and modernity that corresponds to our standard.

"Houseboats" - a floating residential landscape

4 "houseboats" - ELISE, MATHEO, MADS and JARLE All

"houseboats" offer the same comfort in terms of size, equipment and view of the lake. A holistic use is possible through an integrated underfloor heating. Modern sophisticated equipment with comfort. Dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, TV, dining area, sofa with armchair, bedroom including bed linen, towels. Spacious wardrobe for storing luggage. The "houseboats" have their fixed anchorage on the shore of the Hohennauener-Ferchesarer See.

Space for up to 4 people

Spacious 41 square meters of interior space with an additional 36 square meters of outdoor and roof terraces offer space for up to 4 people to relax and unwind. Best suited for 2 adults and 2 children.
