The association Motor- und Segelsportverein Strodehne offers 32 guest berths for boats of up to 20 metres in length at its waterway rest area. The footbridge can be unlocked by prior telephone appointment. There are also toilets/showers, a playground and a barbecue area; on the village square there is also a restaurant. The facilities at the waterway rest area also include a canoe safe in the form of a converted construction wagon which can be used for secure storage of canoes and kayaks.
