The village museum in the historic village centre of Tremmen is in a former cartwright forge. There, you can see the old, original fittings and functional machines and devices for this old craft; there is also great-grandmother’s kitchen and laundry as well as a small exhibition of toys. There is a medicinal herbs garden too, and historic agricultural machinery can be marvelled at outdoors. Annually changing exhibitions and the museum festival are an additional magnet for visitors every year.
