The native port of the passenger boat MS Bismarckhöhe is at Werder (Havel), right by the bridge to the old town. Daily boat rides are offered around the island of Werder, as well as special rides to Lake Schwielowsee, day trips to Potsdam, Berlin and Brandenburg an der Havel, and the fruit wine festival Baumblütefest. Trips with tour guides are also possible. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures inside the ship in both summer and winter. Guests can enjoy their boat trip in a warm atmosphere with a snack or coffee and cake. The season starts at the end of March each year and continues until the end of October.
