As soon as you arrive in the tranquil Werder district of Phöben, you’ll feel the soothing tranquillity. The Huckleberry Station is situated right by the local fishing spot, very close to the Kleiner Zernsee. From the raft, narrow belts of reeds and vast meadows offer you an almost endless, unobstructed view of sunrises and sunsets.

  • Route highlights: Day trips usually head upstream towards Werder, Caputh and Potsdam. For multi-day tours, the route takes you downstream towards Brandenburg an der Havel. Towards Ketzin, the side arms of the Havel offer an absolutely idyllic setting – far away from commercial shipping traffic, you’ll be almost completely undisturbed here.

  • Nature highlight: You’ll set off from one of the most fish-rich stretches of the Lower Havel, which also attracts thousands of cormorants hunting in the mornings and evenings.

  • The rafts: space for up to eight people, no licence required and equipped with a weather-protected cabin.
