The products are sold and marketed through the online shop on the company's website and selected retailers in Brandenburg. Visitors also have the opportunity of learning more about vinegar production and tasting the products on a guided tour of the manufacturing plant (bookable in advance).

The high art of vinegar making is attained for the makers of vinegar when excellent wines and top-quality fruits enter into a close liaison in harmony with oxygen and vinegar cultures. This can only be achieved with a proper dose of enthusiasm, energy and patience and the necessary respect for nature’s products. Only many months or even years later, matured in selected barriques, the vinegar matures into top-quality products and thus develops its unique aroma.
