There is space for 450 visitors in the theatre hall. Equipped with first-class stage and lighting technology, there is a wide range for all age groups in the events schedule here: classical performative and spoken theatre, children’s and youth theatre, musical theatre, cabaret and comedy, musicals and shows, chamber and symphony concerts, puppet shows and fairy tales, afternoon recitals, folk music. The ‘Blue Hall’ and two adjoining club rooms can also be used for smaller events, conferences and parties.

The Optik-Industrie Museum Rathenow (OIMR) is located in the top floor of the cultural centre. A permanent exhibition spanning approximately 400 square metres bring the history of Rathenow’s optical industry to life.
