This tour on the cycle path that runs alongside the lake is ideal for active exercise in nature on Lake Senftenberg. The mostly paved route is suitable for jogging, walking, Nordic walking or (health) hiking - depending on your own desire, stamina and condition. In 2021, 3 active fields were created directly on the cycle path of Lake Senftenberg, where different sporting activities are possible. These active fields can be actively used to support physical activity. All stations together form a closed training for the whole body, because they are coordinated and train different muscle groups. More stations are planned!

 






Stations of the active park at Senftenberger See are:


  • Slope ladder station on the lake beach in Niemtsch
  • Stretching station at the South Seas lookout tower Own weight training station on the lake terrace in Großkoschen

Length: about 9 km

Start/finish: from the Niemtsch lake beach via the Südsee observation tower to the lake terraces in Großkoschen

Condition: mostly asphalt
