The "On Deck and Underground" escape room is located on the Kulturschiff on the lakeside promenade in Senftenberger See Family Park. With the help of a time machine, players are guided through the history of the Lusatian Lake District and Senftenberger See. The journey through time takes participants from the former open-pit lignite mine to today’s lake landscape. As the game progresses, participants solve puzzles, decipher messages, and search for missing heirlooms.

The game requires logical thinking, good communication skills, and creativity.

The game lasts 60 minutes. This activity is designed for groups of three to six people. Children aged seven and older may participate when accompanied by an adult. The game is also fully accessible for groups that include a person in a wheelchair. The Kulturschiff’s recreational tunnel, where the escape room is located, is accessible via a passenger elevator.
