On the varied circular trail around Lake Senftenberger See there is a lot to discover for cyclists. From all sides you have a good view of the striking nature-reserve island in the lake. The passenger boat “Santa Barbara” sail across the lake, allowing cyclists to shorten their journeys if they wish. One worthwhile short detour is to the Koschen Canal, the first navigable waterway in the Lusatian Lake District, which connects Lake Senftenberger See with Lake Geierswalder See.
