The Richard Mulde pond is located to the west of Döbern in a large forest. The almost square lake with its bay-like extension at the south-eastern end is also known as “Contrad Drei Pit”. There is a wide reed belt on the western shore. Old tree stumps are hidden under the water line. The fishing waters are accessed from the north. The final 100 metres to the lake can only be accessed along a forest path.
