The town harbour of Senftenberg is the ideal starting point for boat trips through the Lusatian Lake District. Inaugurated in 2013, the harbour is now the town’s landmark, and with its modern, spacious architecture and its attractive offers for harbour users inspires tourists and locals alike. The best view of both the harbour and lake is from the 80-metre-long pier. It is also from there that the passenger boats depart for the popular lake cruises.

There are a total of 150 permanent and guest berths at five piers (landing stages). With a restaurant, harbour master’s office, bathroom facilities, souvenir and fashion shops, the harbour has a typical maritime atmosphere. Boat and bicycle rentals are also part of the service for water and sports enthusiasts.

  • Kitchen
  • Waste disposal
  • Slipway
  • Electricity and water (not drinking water) on the jetties
  • Filling station
  • Waste matter extraction system
  • Playground in the immediate vicinity
