The holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberger See and thus also next to the very well developed cycle path network.  Buchwald bathing area is just 300 metres away and the town harbour just 700 metres. The town centre with a large number of shops is within walking distance. The detached building is situated on a fenced plot and has a cosy interior. On the property there is a shelter for cars and barbecue facilities.

The house can be used all year round and with a living space of 60 square metres can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Bed linen is available. A cot, baby bath, changing mat, baby food warmer and high chair can all be provided on request. Plastic dishes for children are available.
