The holiday apartment has a quiet location just 300 metres from the Großkoschen bathing area on Lake Senftenberger See. It is located in the basement and sleeps two to four people (50 square metres). It has an open-plan living room area with a spacious fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Mediterranean tiles and light wood furniture create a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment has its own garden with barbecue facilities. There is also parking and bike storage at the premises. The asphalted cycle path around the lake passes just 30 metres in front of the holiday apartment.
