The house is located in the middle of an idyllic garden settlement just a few metres away from the market square of the town of Senftenberg. The first holiday apartment is 30 square metres large and can accommodate two people or a small family. It consists of a combined living room/bedroom with television and kitchenette as well as a bathroom with shower. The second apartment is 50 square metres large and can accommodate two people. An extra bed for another three people is possible. The apartment has a combined living and dining area with a television and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. The apartments are furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail.
