The 50 m² holiday flat is situated in a separate annex on the hosts’ property, has its own entrance and is suitable for up to two people. The ground-floor flat is accessed via a single step and can accommodate up to two people. On request, a small child can stay in a cot.

The entrance area is designed as a conservatory. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed if required, two armchairs, a chest of drawers, a smart TV and an electric fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A washing machine is also available.

The holiday flat includes a furnished terrace with a table, garden chairs and a swing seat, as well as a lawn with a sun lounger. There is a parking space right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored in a weather-protected area on request.
