In 2013, a former cultural centre was transformed into a guest house with 11 guest rooms, 2 holiday apartments and a restaurant. The building is in the town centre of Kringelsdorf, a district of Boxberg (Oberlausitz).

All the guest rooms have a bathroom (shower/toilet), television and Wi-fi.
There is a holiday apartment (34 square metres) for 2-3 people on the first floor. The quietly located holiday apartment consists of a combined living room/bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The large bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. It is possible to add a travel cot.
The second holiday apartment is on the second floor and is 48 square metres in size; it can take up to five people. The apartment has a large lobby, an eat-in kitchen and a separate bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, the bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and hair drier.
Bed linen, towels, Wi-fi and parking are included in the price.
A small pet is allowed for a fee, on request.
Guests in the guest house and the holiday apartments can eat breakfast in the restaurant for an additional charge.
The superb network of cycle paths allows visitors to turn their stay in the guest house into an active holiday. Lake Bärwalder See offers plenty of opportunities for sporting activities or simply relaxing.
Recommendations include a visit to the Lausitzer Findlingspark Nochten (boulder park), the Erlichthof open-air museum in Rietschen, the Fürst Pückler Park in Bad Muskau or the Krauschwitz adventure pool.
