In the quiet residential area of Laubusch is the vacation apartment of the Riemer family. The small and practically furnished vacation apartment (35 m²) is located in the converted attic of an outbuilding. Guests of the house enjoy a large covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Furthermore, a lockable bicycle storage room is available for guests. Motorcycles can also be safely parked on the premises.

Via a staircase guests reach the vacation apartment located in the converted attic. The living room is equipped with a sofa, which serves as an extra bed. Furthermore, there is a flat screen TV and a radio for entertainment. The living room window is equipped with an insect screen. The small bedroom has a double bed. The entrance to the bed is possible only from one side. A simple pantry kitchen, equipped with coffee maker, toaster, gas stove (2 burners) and kettle are available. In the bathroom guests will find a shower and toilet. Towels are not available.

The Krabat Mill in Schwarzkollm, which is about 3 km away, should definitely be on your list of places to visit. In the city of Hoyerswerda, 10 km away, guests will find the castle with a museum and adjacent zoo for visitors young and old. The historic old town has small stores and restaurants, a cinema and the Kulturfabrik where cultural events take place
