The apartment is part of a multi-family house. Guests can reach the accommodation on the mezzanine floor of the house via a few steps. The 2 room non-smoking apartment is 62 m² and is ideal for 2 people. Directly in front of the front door of the apartment is a free parking space for arriving guests. For bicycles brought along there is a lockable storage possibility in the yard.

The tastefully furnished apartment impresses with harmoniously coordinated colors. The living room has a large comfortable corner sofa and a large flat screen TV. In the bedroom guests will find a double bed and an additional TV.  The bright separate kitchen is fully equipped with many amenities that make the stay very easy. In the bright bathroom guests will find a shower as well as a bathtub. Furthermore, there is a small balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture and invites you to linger on warm summer evenings.

The apartment is located in the old town of Hoyerswerda. From here you walk about 10 minutes and you are directly in the center of the historic old town of Hoyerswerda. Guests like to visit the castle with adjacent zoo, the oldest street of Hoyerswerda, the Handwerkergasse. Small stores around the marketplace and cafes and restaurants make a walk complete.
