Two comfortable double rooms (25 square metres) have their own bathroom and can accommodate 2-3 people. The two standard double rooms (15 m²) and one standard single room (15 m²) with additional sofa bed share a large communal bathroom. The modern shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer (for a surcharge). Furthermore, a separate shared kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and television is available to guests. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.

The Landhaus Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for many well developed, interesting cycle paths, hiking trails and rides. Its proximity to Hoyerswerda means that visitors can visit the zoo with castle museum or the "Konrad Zuse" computer museum. In addition, alongside the many shops in Hoyerswerda, there is also an adventure pool for young and old.
