A living/dining room (33 square metres) with separate sofa bed including box spring mattress, LED television, CD radio, fireplace

A dressing room with full-height mirror, luggage rack, ironing board + iron

A fully equipped kitchen

A bathroom with bathtub & toilet

Other features:

free Wi-fi, seating in the garden, bicycle storage,

bike parking

parking space directly in front of and behind the house,

On request you can use our barbecue or large fire pit,

A washing machine or a dryer is

available free of charge for the use of guests

staying longer than three nights

For our smaller guests: Hauck cot, high chair, children’s toilet seat,

sink step, playground

If wished, we also offer a “DELICIOUS” fridge breakfast"

at a surcharge of only Euro 10/person, Euro 4.50 for children
