The Refugium Lausitzer Seenland complex was opened in January 2020 and is in the middle of the Lusatian Lake District. Visitors can recharge their batteries, enjoy the expansive landscape and spend time with each other. With an outdoor area of 2,400 square metres and living space of 270 square metres, the three-sided farmyard is the ideal place for families who are friends. The Refugium consists of a light and airy lounge, the Refugium hall with gallery and a fully equipped panoramic kitchen. The north wing houses three stylish apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, combined living room/bedroom with kitchen unit and bathroom with shower. Each apartment can accommodate 4-6 people. Towels, bed linen and Wi-fi are included in the price. The sauna and bicycle garage are available for guests to use. The Refugium wing of the building (panoramic kitchen, Refugium hall, gallery) is available for guests to use as an option if no seminars are taking place. The Refugium is an ideal starting point for bicycle tours to Lake Senftenberger See (4 kilometres) or Lake Geierswalder See (6 kilometres). 200 metres behind the building likes Lake Erikasee, where you can walk undisturbed or jog by the lakeside.
