The house is located in Senftenberg in a quiet side street. It is located close to the town centre, with Lake Senftenberger See, the town harbour and the cycle path network all about 500 metres away. Shopping, cultural and recreational facilities and restaurants are all very close by. The nearest bus stop is 100 metres away and the railway station 800 metres.
