On the first floor, as well as on the 1st floor are the accommodations for school classes. The attic has 5 vacation rooms with shower and toilet. In the 6th vacation room guests use a separate toilet in the corridor for their stay and the shower is located in the building.

In addition, simple Finn cabins are rented from May to August.

Since the house is primarily intended as a children's facility, for school and class trips, project days, hiking days, vacation camps, it does not fulfill the character of a pension. Breakfast can be booked on request.

There is an outdoor swimming pool directly in the village.  By bike, vacationers move on the Wolf Cycle Path and enjoy nature. At a distance of about 8 km, the Bärwalder See, the largest inland lake in Saxony with its extensive beaches, attracts swimmers to linger. Guests who like to be sporty will enjoy cycling or skating around the lake. Visit the erratic boulder park in Nochten and marvel at legacies of former open pit mines. Other popular destinations are the Erlichthof Rietschen or the dinosaur park in Kleinwelka near Bautzen.
