The apartment can accommodate up to four people on 48 square metres and has a living room with a television and a function couch, a bedroom with a television, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings are simple and functional, but thanks to the use of wood and light colours appear cosy.

A breakfast roll service and barbecues are possible on request. Parking spaces are located next to the house. Lake Senftenberger See, which is connected to the many cycle paths in the Lusatian Lake District, is just 800 metres away.
