The easily accessible ground floor apartment has 1 combined living room/bedroom with open-plan kitchen and 1 bedroom which can take up to four people. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and toilet; all rooms have underfloor heating. A linen package, Wi-fi and parking are included in the price. Children can play in the garden right next door; 1 cot is available on request.

With its natural surroundings and proximity to the lakes, the location is the ideal starting point for holidaymakers wanting to explore the area by bicycle. The famous Krabat Mill in Schwarzkollm with its legend of the evil miller, for example, can be reached in about 30 minutes. Other destinations for a day out include the F60 conveyor bridge in Lichterfeld, the boulder park in Nochten or the Dinosaur Park in Kleinwelka.
