The direct path to the Lausitzhalle make it possible to hold conferences and seminars for up to 820 people, and there is also an exhibition space measuring up to 1500 square metres. The adjoining underground garage has 90 parking spaces, which can be rented out for a fee. There are parking spaces for coaches right next to the hotel entrance.  

The hotel foyer features a hairdresser’s, cosmetics, massage, foot therapy, a sauna and a steam bath. There is a computer that can be used free of charge on the ground floor, and you can use the Wi-fi for a fee.
