Parking: The outlet center offers numerous free parking spaces. There are designated parking spots for disabled visitors, as well as parking for buses and motorhomes in the rear area of the parking lot.

Payment Options: In addition to cash, the outlet shops accept EC cards, MasterCard, and Visa. An ATM is located on the opposite side of the street at the Shell gas station.

Sanitary Facilities and Changing Rooms: The sanitary facilities are clearly marked on site, and a baby changing room is also available.

Public Transport Access: Schwarzheide-Mitte can be easily reached by train (RB49, RE18) and by buses 616, 617, and 622.
