Fitness and well-being

Expert trainers and two physiotherapists care for guests professionally in the health studio and offer courses in Qi Gong, yoga, gymnastics and Zumba plus rehabilitation exercises and physiotherapy.

A wide range of massages

In the massage area next to the room with a fireplace, the studio offers not only reflexology and whole body massages but also alternative relaxation methods. These include reiki and prana plus traditional Thai massages with hot stones or oil and sound bowl massages carried out by the studio’s own reiki master.

Fango packs, beauty treatments and pedicures round off the services offered.

A unique sauna experience

The sauna oasis is entered via the "wolf’s shaft", a recreated mining shaft. In the outdoor area, there is a log cabin fire sauna (80-95°C) and a "Hexenhaus" fire sauna (40-60°C) which are heated using a wood fire, producing a good heat. Afterwards, it’s wonderful to relax in the room with fireplace.
