The neo-Gothic church of Uetz was built around 1870 using medieval remains. The wide, upward tapering bell tower with limestone facing was added around 1900. The uniform interior dates back to the construction period. Of particular interest is a limewood relief of the entombment of Jesus created by Jakob Alberty in 1838.
The Protestant village church of Uetz is a neo-Gothic aisleless structure situated in Uetz-Paaren, a district of the city of Potsdam in the state of Brandenburg. The parish belongs to the vicarage of Alt Töplitz in the Mittelmark-Brandenburg church district of the Protestant Church Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Oberlausitz.
