Experience "l'art de vivre", fresh German-French cuisine and authentic brasserie charm in the heart of Potsdam's city centre. Classic dishes such as fillet of beef with king prawns, Viennese style pork schnitzel or coq au vin are served. Specialities of the house are the fillet & steak variations of the lava stone grill, to which homemade side dishes can be varied. In addition to classic cuisine, there are also simple dishes such as tarte flambée, croques or crêpes in brasserie style. In addition to 60 indoor and 30 outdoor seats, there are four guest rooms on the upper floor of the house.
