The day-tripper restaurant is located not far from the Sacrower See lake at the heart of the Königswald nature reserve. In summer guests can relax in the beer garden, too. In less favourable weather and during the cold season, the inviting restaurant is the perfect spot for a leisurely meal. In winter, a soothing fire crackles in the large fireplace. Regional and seasonal home-style German specialities are served.

This traditional restaurant regularly takes its guests on a journey back in time by opening its “Rittersaal” (Knights’ Hall). Here, dinner is served at gnarled wooden tables by the open fire. Enjoying leg of goose and partaking of excellent mead, the company of knights is entertained with all manner of performance including courtly games.
