The approx. 30 square meter small, simply and purposefully furnished holiday house lies in a quiet location in the district Waldstadt. The city center can be reached by tram in approx. 10 minutes. The wooded surroundings are ideal for nature lovers. The cottage has a combined living/bedroom, kitchenette and shower/WC. A terrace, overlooking the large garden, offers outdoor seating. There is a covered storage for bicycles. Fitters, craftsmen and bicycle tourists are welcome. It's a non-smoking accommodation.
