Positive:

Das Ehepaar Schenk hat uns nett und freundlich empfangen. Wir konnten die Wohnung deutlich früher beziehen als zunächst angegeben. So bot sich die Möglichkeit, Potsdam schon am ersten Nachmittag zu erkunden. Frau Schenk hält sehr viel aktuelle s Informationsmaterial vor, u. a. selbst ausgearbeitete Touren. Die Wohnung ist klein, enthält aber bis auf einen kleinen Geschirrspüler alles, was man benötigt. Sievefügt über einen netten kleinen Sitzplatz. Die verkehrsgünstig Lage zu Öffis hat uns sehr gefallen.

Negative:

Der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Teppich im Schlafzimmer.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gemütliche Sitzecke, top ausgestattete und sehr aubere Ferienwohnung.
ÖPNV zu Fuß in 5-10 min erreichbar.

Frau Schenck ist sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht und steht mit Rat und Tag zur Seite, gibt sehr viele Tipps und hilft bei Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt in Babelsberg, Potsdam,
wo sie nur kann.
Sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeberin.
Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Küche verfügt über Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, usw. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei.
Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, einfach zum Wohlfühlen.
Da wir nur 2 Nächte da waren, fiel ein Kurzzeitaufschlag von 30,00€ an. Auf der Rechnung war alles erklärt und ausgewiesen.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung ‚Haus Gerda‘ nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr verkehrsgünstigt,ist eine mit viel Herz und menschlicher Wärme jedem nur zu empfehlen ,der sich wie zu Hause fühlen will.Die Vermieter standen uns stets mit vielen Ratschlägen zu Potsdam ,Babelsberg und Berlin zur Seite.Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen ,der Preis war angemessen. Wir hoffen das diese Unterkunft noch lange vielen Gästen eine heimische,ruhige Wohlfühloase sein wird.Netto ist nur ca. 500 Meter entfernt.
