The duplex apartment "Jardin" is part of a historical tenement house which was built in 1900 but completely renovated recently. The apartment is 52 square meters big and consists of a combined living and sleeping area. It has a modern und comfortable kitchenette. A staircase leads to a cozy reading area. From the living area, which is located in a winter garden, you can quickly reach the garden. There you can find a grill that you can use for a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The excellent location guarantees short distances to the sights, such as the park Sanssouci and the historic old town. Bicycles can be rented for a fee. There is a bakery in the house. The greengrocer, the bank and a launderette are just around the corner. The train station Charlottenhof is nearby, from where you can take the regional train to Berlin. Next to the house there is a parking space. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
