Positive:

- Fußläufige Nähe zum Park Sanssouci, zur Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften und Gastrononomie und zum Holländischen Viertel.
- Geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung.
- Unkompliziertheit der freundlichen Vermieter
- Individuell flexible Absprache der Anreisezeit
- Parkmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe

Positive:

Die großen Fenster und die idyllische Aussicht aus der Küche in den grünen Hinterhof.

Negative:

Die Lage des Schlafzimmers in Richtung Straße.
Zuviel Pkw und Lkw Lärm.
Keine Möglichkeit das Schlafzimmer abzudunkel, in Form von Rolläden.
Das Verlassen der Ferienwohnung am Abreisetag vor 12 Uhr hat uns unter Zeitdruck versetzt, da uns das nicht bekannt war und wir zum Zeitpunkt(10:15Uhr)als sich Herr Schmidt von uns am Sonntag verabschiedete und darüber informierte dass in ca. 20 Minuten die Putzfrau eintreffen wird wir noch am Frühstückstisch saßen.
In ihrer Auftragsbestätigung stand soweit nicht anders vereinbart, wird am Abreisetag die Wohnung bis spätestens 12 Uhr geräumt.
Wir hatten keine andere Vereinbarung getroffen.

Herr Schmidt hatte sich 10:15 Uhr von uns verabschiedet und uns mitgeteilt dass in ca. 15-20 Minuten die Putzfrau eintreffen wird,

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung ist modern und es ist sehr sauber.

Negative:

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist durchgesessen, die Vorhänge verdunkeln die Räume nur bedingt.
