This Tiny House in the Potsdam district of Gross Glienicke is centrally located between Berlin (the Kurfürstendamm is half an hour away by car) and its attractions, shops and metropolitan flair, and the beautiful, historic cultural hotspot of Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace is 25 minutes away by car). In spite of its central location there's a real holiday feel here, with a nearby lake you can go swimming in, the surrounding forests for long walks or extensive bicycle tours around the well-developed network of nearby cycle paths. The location is complete with all the everyday amenities, including a shopping centre (REWE and Netto), pharmacy, doctors, restaurants and a post office.

  • right by the B5, not far from the A10 and A10. Close to the B2 and motorway junction 19-Dreieck Potsdam if coming from the North, and the A9 if coming from the South Public transport: Long-distance transport to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (central station). Here, take tram 96 towards Campus Jungfernsee, and once there switch to bus line 638 to Berlin-Spandau. Alternatively, ride all the way to Berlin-Spandau. Then take bus line 638 towards ‘Campus Jungfernsee' and continue to Gross Glienicke. Get off at the stop 'Am Park' and walk to Grüner Weg. Approximately 500 metres

  • On the property can be booked separately with its own access to the accommodation Chalet copper beech. Smoking and open fires are not allowed in the house. Workers are welcome. Payment within one week after receipt of the invoice by the landlord.
