Directly at the foot of the club grounds of ESV Lokomotive Potsdam e.V., the spacious marina has at least six guest berths for large boats and eight berths for small boats. During the season, additional berths for guests are available by arrangement with the harbour master. From the berths, visitors have a direct view of Babelsberg Park.

Showers and toilets are available for guests in a separate building. Power and water connections are available directly on the landing stages. There is a restaurant on the club grounds and a barbecue area is available by arrangement. Visitor parking spaces are available: these are subject to a charge in the case of extended parking periods. There are facilities on the club grounds that can be used for beach volleyball and other sports.

For shopping, there is an Aldi branch with access to the water located two minutes away by boat, five minutes on foot. A petrol station is ten minutes away on foot. There are numerous hotels nearby offering overnight accommodation. Sights such as Glienicke Brücke or Schiffbauergasse district are within walking distance.
