In the visitor center at the New Palace, guests can access the interactive model of Sanssouci Park in the form of a touch table, plans and background information on the various locations in the park. In addition, there is a barrier-free cast bronze model of the park, which blind and visually impaired visitors can use to feel the park. A knowledge chamber offers, an introduction to the art experience of the Neues Palais as well as the garden and the building ensemble around the largest palace in Sanssouci Park. Visitors to the center can use five tablet PCs to learn interesting facts about the Neue Palais, its history of construction and use, and its restoration. The building also houses the museum workshop.
