Inspection body DE-ÖKO-006 Bioland honey from the Prignitz region Liquid happiness—gathered by bees in the wild and bottled with the utmost care. The apiary operates according to the guidelines of the Bioland association. The bees live in wooden hives located on organic farms and in natural surroundings. Key quality features include species-appropriate beekeeping, the use of pure new wax, gentle honey harvesting, and careful processing. Regional apiary products and lovingly arranged gift sets—perfect for giving—are created with a true passion for the craft. These are available at regional markets and farm shops, holiday accommodations, bookstores, and restaurants, as well as directly from the apiary itself. A special delicacy awaits guests at the organic restaurant and hotel Schönhagener Mühle, where the finest comb honey is served as a dessert.
