From Wednesday to Sunday we bake cakes, cakes, cookies and sometimes waffles for our guests! There are also delicious coffee specialties. In the morning, a rich breakfast menu is prepared, along with the daily newspaper. For a midday snack, the café offers soups, fried foods and salads or even a bockwurst or meatballs with bread. Delicious ice cream is a long-time favorite at Honigstübchen, and the daily menu reveals further surprises. I would particularly like to recommend Gans's own delicious honey and various bee products to our guests. Cakes and other creative dishes made with the wonderful honey from the busy bees can be found regularly on the menu!
