The brewery with show brewery is located in the middle of the listed building of a former oil factory in Wittenberge. In 1878 the storage part was built, which now houses the restaurant and show brewery. Here the HerzBräu, named after the builder of the oil mill - Salomon Herz, is produced and served as a Pilsner, Spezial and Dunkel beer. Matching special beer dishes are in the repertoire. In addition, meat and fish dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan delicacies. The brewery has 70 seats and a terrace.
