In the middle of the forest and close to the lake, the family-run Hotel Waldschlösschen is an ideal place for guests who are looking for peace and relaxation in the open countryside. Fresh meals are served in the dining area or under the mighty oaks in the beer garden. All meals are prepared with game and fish, asparagus, pumpkin and mushrooms, depending on the season. The kitchen likes to use its home-made herbal pastes and flavoured syrups, such as dandelion, woodruff or elderflower. An attraction in itself in summer is the spare ribs from the original American Oklahoma Grill.
