For over 230 years, the Principal and State Stud Farm and the town of Neustadt (Dosse) have been inextricably linked and the land and people have been shaped by the horses. In recent years, the area has been restored based on a historic model and has been further developed to become an event venue for education, sport and culture. With guided tours, museums, horse-drawn carriage or charabanc rides, the Equestrian Sanssouci can be experienced all year round and the art of old Master Builders revealed.

A guided tour and a visit to the museums tells of the eventful history of the two stud farms and visitors can marvel at this small gem of Prussian construction workmanship.
