Schilde lies between the Elbe Cycle Path and the Tour Brandenburg and is therefore a popular stopping-off point for cyclists. Bicycles can be securely stored in the guest house. Should guests wish to spontaneously explore the surrounding area by bike, they can also be rented from the guest house. The unspoilt natural setting is also ideal for horse riders and hikers. The hacking trail between the stud farms in Neustadt (Dosse) and Redefin passes directly through the village. A guest house with five comfortable rooms has been available to guests since 2015.
