The tourist information centre in Wittenberge is located directly in the town centre at the Kultur- und Festspielhaus Wittenberge cultural and festival theatre and is certified by the German Tourism Association as a “accredited tourist information centre in the state of Brandenburg”. It offers services such as arranging accommodation, advanced ticket sales for regional and national events and bookings for themed guided tours. In addition, it has brochures on the Elbetalaue Biosphere Reserve and the district of Prignitz and there is also a souvenir shop selling products produced in the region.
