The seventh stage of Tour Brandenburg extends 41 kilometres from Fürstenberg (Havel) to Templin. The tour takes you along many lakes through the western Uckermark region. From the three-lake town of Fürstenberg you first head towards the monastery ruin in Himmelpfort. You can take a break about halfway in the rafting town of Lychen. You pass the tranquil church in Alt-Placht and reach the spa town of Templin with its historic town centre.

How to get there: Take the RE5 (Stralsund) from Berlin central station to Fürstenberg (Havel) (about 1 hour).

Return journey: Take the RB12 (Ostkreuz) from Templin to Löwenberg (Mark). From here, take the RE5 (Elsterwerda) to Berlin central station (about 1.5 hours).

Route: Fürstenberg (Havel), Himmelpfort, Lychen, Alt-Placht, Gandenitz, Templin
