Dierberg village church was one of the magnificent regional mother churches or main churches built at the end of the Middle Ages. This is evidenced by the massive tower of the original church dating from the beginning of the 16th century and the pointed Baroque spire dating from 1688. Both are symbols of the church that can be seen from far and wide. The masonry consists of split boulders and brick rubble. The church was probably completed in 1513 and additions and changes were constantly being made thereafter, for example the window apertures.

The interior of the church was renovated in 1963. It is home to a richly decorated pulpit altar with twisted columns dating from 1716. The stone base probably dates from the Middle Ages. The organ with the Gothic Revival front dating from 1892 is by F. H. Lütkemüller from Wittstock.

Viewings including hearing the organ are available subject to pre-booking at Lindow parish office.
