Sabine Schwalm and Georg Rixmann run a family business in Linum, growing fruit and vegetables on 15 hectares of land. They specialise in squash, edible pumpkins and ornamental gourds: there are over 100 varieties to be seen and purchased on the farm from the end of August onwards. The farm also grows tomatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, potatoes and seasonal vegetables and fruit. The range is supplemented with regional products and specialities from associated producers in Brandenburg and Germany. In spring and summer there are also herbs, summer flowers and perennials in the farm garden.

Sabine Schwalm uses her own fruit in her farm kitchen to make her award-winning jams, jellies, syrups, liqueurs, chutneys, vinegars and oils.

Everything is marketed at the farm’s own shop. The latter is open from mid-April to mid-November on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and on a daily basis during the harvest season. Current opening hours can be found on the provider’s website. Outside the opening hours you can make purchases by telephone.
