What is probably Germany’s largest preserved barn district is on the outskirts of the town of Kremmen. Over 50 buildings form an ensemble that has been a protected monument in its entirety since 1993. There is a museum barn, the gift barn with living and garden accessories, the Coldehörn restaurant with various art objects and gifts and the Scheunenwerk hair salon and café.
